At the Observation Deck located inside of the Akron Canton Airport, we are looking for a Prep Cook to assist us in our operations!
Responsibilities:
- Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Prep food items to recipe
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines to maintain high standards
- Maintain proper quality parameters to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cleaning
- Dishes
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
