Cook at the Observation Deck
Are you a highly skilled and talented cook with a passion for creating delicious dishes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? If so, we have an immediate opening for a Cook!
At the Observation Deck located inside of the Akron Canton Airport, we are looking for a Cook to assist us in our operations!
Responsibilities:
- Proper set up of station with all necessary tools and supplies needed for each shift
- Prepare a variety of made-to-order food
- Use kitchen equipment such as a fryer or griddle
- Ensure 100% product quality
- Comply with kitchen rules, food presentation, and quality standards
- Stock products to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Follow proper ServeSafe guidelines
- Assist with food prep, cleaning, and dishes during slow periods
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
