Job Summary

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Compensation And Schedule

• $21.62 per hour
• 1st Shift: M-F 6:50am-2:50pm
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Verify order accuracy, including product quantities and shipping information
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other required documentation
• Maintain detailed shipping records and update tracking information
• Inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness before dispatch
• Assist with loading shipments onto trucks or delivery vehicles
• Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and reorder as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of shipping software and systems
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus
