Position Summary: Customer Care Representative

Essential Functions:

  • Manages end-to-end customer order processing from purchase order receipt to product shipment
  • Handles inbound phone calls, chats and customer support email requests
  • Professionally resolves internal and external customer issues promptly and thoroughly
  • Provides answers to general technical product questions
  • Supports the sales team with pricing and general product assistance
  • Works closely with Technical Support Representatives
  • Coordinates product returns and repairs
  • Expedites shipments when necessary
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.  Handles issues in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma with experience in customer service or equivalent roles
  • Customer Care experience

Language Skills:                                              

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills


Computer Skills:                                              

  • Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

  • Must be multi-task oriented, be able to handle high work volumes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Full mobility of hands is required for typing, answering phones, filing and handling small parts. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.  This position has moderate noise level (telephone noise and chatter)
