Role Description The Akron Ohio BMV Agency Customer Care Team role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Akron, OH branch. Team members assist customers with driver’s license and vehicle registration transactions, answer questions about documentation requirements, and guide visitors through state BMV processes. Because every transaction is a legal document a high attention to detail is a requirement.
Daily responsibilities include verifying forms and identification, processing payments, entering data accurately into agency systems, and maintaining organized records. The role involves providing kind, courteous, efficient service at the counter, managing customer queues, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex concerns to supervisors as needed.
