Position Summary:
In this role, you will manage demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, MRP execution, SAP Business One master data, and cross-functional SIOP activities. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Finance to support a GMP compliant and ISO 13485 certified environment where supply chain performance directly impacts product quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience with SAP Business One, inventory management, forecasting, KPI reporting, and process development is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages all SAP Processes especially Item Master, Bill of Materials, Production, and Purchasing.
- Compiles data from ERP and other systems to make one master dataset for periodic reporting.
- Establish minimum inventory quantities.
- Reviews monthly forecast and prepares file to upload in SAP Business One for MRP.
- Assists in developing procedures and standards in accordance with company objectives and goals.
- Coordinates and collaborates with other staff on special projects in planning, development, implementation, analysis, and documentation.
- Responds to inventory alarms and systems notifications of inventory needs and logistics.
- Creates/Updates Bill of Materials per change control and manages lifecycle of Production Orders.
- Manages cycle count and yearly Inventory activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years business experience in Supply Chain.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation – Ability to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets for supply chain performance and trends.
- Data management and ERP system proficiency.
- MRP proficiency / Forecasting & Demand planning / SIOP cycle.
- Supply planning by procurement method.
- Inventory Management – knowledge of safety stock, reorder points, ABC classification, and cycle counting.
- KPI development & Reporting.
- MS Office, especially advanced excel & data tools – ability to define, track, and report on supply chain metrics.
- Experience writing SOPs.
- Cross-Functional collaboration.
- Attention to Detail, Problem solver, able to prioritize multiple projects, and able to adapt.
