• Walk-in coolers & freezers

• Prep refrigeration
• Commercial kitchen refrigeration

Compensation & Benefits

• $100K earning potential for experienced productive technicians
• Paid from your driveway to your first call
• Company truck, fuel card, and tools provided
• Overtime and double-time opportunities
• Up to 4 weeks PTO
• Stable year-round work
• Minimal after-hours calls compared to most HVAC companies
• On-call rotation approximately 1 week every 6 weeks

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced HVAC / refrigeration technicians who:

• Love diagnostics and solving complex mechanical problems
• Take pride in fixing equipment the right way
• Want to build long-term customer relationships based on trust
• Prefer working for a company where people know your name — not your employee number
• Want to be part of a strong team without constant sales pressure

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC or refrigeration experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic ability
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
