Job Duties:
・Start with inside sales operations (quotes, sourcing, customer communication)
・Obtain vendor rates and prepare quotations
・Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
・Prepare basic import/export documentation
・Coordinate with the outside sales team
・Support general logistics-related tasks
・Learn logistics operations from the basics (structured training provided)
・Potential transition to outside sales based on performance and skill set
Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Qualifications:
・For inexperienced candidates: Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
・For experienced candidates: Logistics experience preferred (excluding trucking-only experience)
・Basic PC skills
・Japanese–English bilingual preferred
・Strong multitasking and communication skills
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
