Essential Duties:

  • Perform basic office tasks using a computer.
  • Handle incoming visitors, phone calls, and emails.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners/clients.
  • Maintain and operate the company’s internal network environment.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Oversee facility management and maintenance.
  • Organize and coordinate company events.
  • Sort and send postal mail.
  • Maintain contracts and other documentation.
  • Support IT infrastructure setup and management.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., setting up Wi-Fi routers is a plus).
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese.
  • Previous office experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
