Essential Duties:
- Perform basic office tasks using a computer.
- Handle incoming visitors, phone calls, and emails.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners/clients.
- Maintain and operate the company’s internal network environment.
- Manage office equipment and supplies.
- Oversee facility management and maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate company events.
- Sort and send postal mail.
- Maintain contracts and other documentation.
- Support IT infrastructure setup and management.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic IT knowledge (e.g., setting up Wi-Fi routers is a plus).
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; full training will be provided.
