Essential DutiesConstruction Leadership & Project Oversight
- Provide strategic leadership for all construction, new-store development, renovation, and facility maintenance projects.
- Conduct onsite visits to monitor project progress and resolve construction-related issues.
- Perform site surveys to determine the feasibility of potential locations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the construction team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Handle requests from store locations involving equipment, facility needs, or construction tasks.
- Review and approve contracts with various contractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, consolidating feedback from multiple departments.
- Report regularly to executive leadership regarding project status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement, development processes, and operational workflow.
- Stay up to date on industry trends to identify new opportunities and innovative methods.
Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Negotiate and manage contracts while balancing company interests and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure construction and facilities work aligns with company goals.
- Coordinate communication across departments involved in construction, design, and operations.
Non-Essential Duties
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in the workplace.
- Report irregular or critical issues to senior management promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies.
- Promote a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Working Hours
9:00am–6:00pm (Monday–Friday)

QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or business management preferred (not required).
- 7 years of experience in construction or facilities management, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-site projects on time and within budget.
Language Skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Japanese and/or Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
Practical & Technical Skills
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze numbers related to budgeting and spreadsheets.
- Ability to read architectural plans (strong plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience using AutoCAD 2D is highly desirable.
