Job Summary:
Join our HR team to support Talent Acquisition operations, focusing on essential delivery activities such as interview scheduling and maintaining the recruitment system. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient processes within TA activities across various regions, contributing significantly to staff and manager support. If you are inclined towards improving and implementing TA processes and have a knack for maintaining candidate databases and compliance requisitions, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate debriefing schedules and manage the recruitment and interview process.
- Ensure the recruitment system's efficiency and assist with the full coordination of recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Schedule candidate interviews, handle logistics, and respond to basic queries from employees and managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database in the tracking system; provide reporting on resourcing statistics.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a high-touch recruiting and onboarding experience.
- Proven experience in coordination and scheduling.
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and compliance with recruitment requisitions.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and manage reporting on recruitment metrics.
Previous experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred.
