Job Summary:
This role requires a seasoned professional to manage the end-to-end execution of hardware supply chains for electromechanical products. You will be responsible for translating complex analyses into actionable business strategies and driving measurable improvements across the organization. The position focuses on internal-facing execution, ensuring seamless operations from planning to product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional coordination for supply chain execution across stakeholders.

• Oversee product and program execution for hardware, including BOM and PLM activities.
• Track and enhance key performance indicators like cost, lead time, and supply availability.
• Facilitate meetings with clear agendas, action items, and defined decision points.

• Strong experience with hardware supply chain execution.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable business improvements.
