JOB SUMMARY:
This position seeks a highly skilled senior product designer prepared to take on comprehensive responsibilities in a dynamic Fintech environment. The role involves independent design leadership on projects, extensive collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, and contributing end-to-end design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic excellence, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills to drive design from conception through implementation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Spearhead end-to-end product design efforts, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Craft and maintain a robust design system in Figma that facilitates consistent, component-based design across projects.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to align on design strategies and execution.
- Utilize customer research, user data, and market analysis to inform design decisions and articulate the impact on business outcomes.
- Present, defend, and iterate on design ideas, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and advance the product.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design capability.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating and managing design systems.
- Excellent communicative ability for collaboration and presentation of design decisions.
- Prior experience in Fintech or financial services is advantageous but not required.
