Job Summary:
Data and analytically intensive role focused on uncovering critical insights for improving risk controls, designing and implementing risk policies, and monitoring risk strategies. This role is heavily cross-functional, requiring collaboration with various partners to establish and deliver scalable global risk management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from incidents and product analysis to uncover risk control insights.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of risk policy frameworks for credit risk, fraud prevention, and more.
- Continuously track risk strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish global risk management policies.
- Build strategic partnerships with business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
- 4 years of data experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly with SQL.
- Experience in building dashboards with Tableau.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Risk Management, Finance or related fields.
