Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Operations & Data Quality Program Manager to enhance data integrity within our Software and Services release lifecycle. This hands-on role focuses on driving resolutions across teams, managing data quality assessments, and automating processes for improved reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excel at stakeholder management, and demonstrate high ownership in delivering quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the release lifecycle processes with expertise.
- Conduct rigorous quality assessments and validate dataset entries.
- Identify manual processes for automation and drive completion.
- Manage alignment with stakeholders, ensuring data standards are met.
- Maintain documentation of quality standards and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Proven program/project management experience in cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools.
Experience in software and services industries is preferred.
