Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to guide and execute product strategies for our Community Impact Team, focusing on leveraging Client's resources to support philanthropic efforts in food security and disaster relief. The successful candidate will partner with Client-approved suppliers for the optimized selection and onboarding process, manage product roadmaps, and work closely with technical teams to develop features that enhance our ability to serve the program effectively. This role is crucial in facilitating our mission to deliver 15 million meals to 100,000 families across the US and UK, working on-site in our Seattle, WA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps aligning with business objectives for 2026.
• Coordinate with the technical team to write efficient APIs and improve existing systems.
• Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve program delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure successful project execution.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in product management, specifically with tech products or teams.
• Proficient in writing comprehensive requirement documents and product prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across teams.
• Domain Experience Required:
• Preferably has prior experience working in non-profit, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related fields focusing on food and security.
