Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive paralegal support on various contracting matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and budgets within specified guidelines.
- Proactively follow up with clients, attorneys, and external parties to minimize contracting cycle times.
- Escalate delays and issues in the contracting process to team leads or attorneys when necessary.
- Prioritize and effectively manage a high volume of client requests, ensuring professional and timely resolutions.
- Advanced contract negotiation skills
- Proficient in legal research
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
