Job Summary: This role focuses on managing and executing daily packaging engineering tasks, including new product introductions and rebranding initiatives. You will be responsible for a variety of projects, ensuring efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new product packaging solutions.
- Manage rebranding projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain accurate packaging documentation.
- Optimize packaging for cost savings and sustainability.
- Create dielines and prepare artwork for production.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in packaging engineering.
- Strong project coordination and execution abilities.
- Excellent data and documentation management skills.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods industry with a focus on packaging is preferred.
