Job Summary: This role is for a hands-on technician responsible for maintaining and repairing complex manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance. The position requires strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work with various industrial systems in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose and fix electrical problems in motors, drives, and control systems.
- Identify and resolve mechanical failures in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on PLC-controlled machinery.
- Interpret technical documentation, including schematics and blueprints.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for an individual with a background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production setting, specifically with experience on molding machinery.
