Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, overseeing a broad range of HR functions. The position focuses on developing and implementing HR policies and programs to foster a positive, high-performing employee culture. You will be instrumental in supporting leadership on HR matters and driving employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HRIS operations and data integrity.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance.
- Administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures.
- Coordinate training initiatives and foster employee development.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
