Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst II to empower our People Insights, Technology & Analytics team with insightful data analysis to enhance business strategy and support evidence-based decisions, enhancing our business outcomes. The role entails collaborating with a dynamic team of analytics experts, data scientists, and business intelligence specialists to generate actionable insights and optimize decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to execute high-quality data-driven outputs for specific tasks with minimal supervision, effectively communicate insights aligning with business goals, and continuously seek opportunities for enhancing task and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to represent stakeholder and People Insights perspectives effectively.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize visualization tools like Tableau to create impactful data presentations.
- Manipulate large data sets to uncover insights, applying proficiency in SQL.
- Engage in data storytelling, utilizing visualizations and narratives to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in SQL for complex data manipulation.
- Experienced in data cleaning and preprocessing for accuracy.
- Intermediate skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Experience in analytics roles focusing on employee and organizational data is highly preferred. Familiarity with Human Resources technology and tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and knowledge of GitHub/GitLab would be advantageous.
