Job Summary:
The job involves providing end-to-end trade support for Structured Products by ensuring accurate trade booking, lifecycle management, reconciliations, and seamless integration with risk, finance, and operations systems. Collaborate with trading desks, technology, and control functions to support new product onboarding, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and operational risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supported end-to-end trade booking, lifecycle management, and reconciliation for Structured Products, Equities, OTC Derivatives, Bonds, and Interest Rate Swaps.
- Coordinated with Trading, Risk, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to ensure accurate trade processing and downstream system integration.
- Performed UAT testing, system migrations, and new product onboarding while validating trade flows, P&L, and market risk impacts.
- Investigated and resolved trade, position, and payment discrepancies, ensuring timely end-of-day reconciliations and operational accuracy.
- Ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk policies while identifying opportunities to automate and improve trade support processes.
- Trade Support & Trade Lifecycle Management
