- Competitive pay: $18- $25/hour, based on experience and location
- Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

- Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
- $18-$25/hour depending on qualifications and market
- Set your preferred availability—weekday, evening, and weekend options available
- Work close to home; we serve families throughout Dearborn and surrounding areas

- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding
