- Competitive pay: $18-$23/hour, based on experience and location
- Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts
- Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support
- Mileage reimbursement for in-home services

- Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
- Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
- Accurately track data and progress in real-time
- Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
- Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
- $18-$23/hour depending on qualifications and market
- Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
- Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check
- Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
- Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
