Akkodis is seeking a Financial Pricing Analyst for a Direct Hire position with a client located in Warren, MI . Looking for a proactive, analytically driven Financial Pricing Analyst to support sales teams with fast, data-backed pricing decisions. This role focuses on optimizing pricing strategies, protecting margins, and driving revenue growth while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Category teams.
Salary Range: $68,000/Annum - $75,000/Annum benefits (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Work Setup: Onsite, Monday–Friday - 1st Shift
Job Title: Financial Pricing Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary pricing partner for Sales, supporting deal approvals and pricing decisions
- Analyze pricing requests, customer value, and margin impact to ensure strategic alignment
- Use tools like Excel and pricing dashboards to model scenarios and identify trends
- Maintain pricing structures, monitor deal pipeline, and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance pricing strategies and support business goals
- Provide guidance to Sales teams on pricing policies and deal structuring
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or sales operations (CPG/retail/distribution preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Excel and pricing/BI tools
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate pricing decisions
- Experience working directly with customers or in a deal desk environment
