Hi,
Akkodis is seeking an Engineering Test Technician for an Aviation company located in Cincinnati, OH. In this position you be supporting technical assignments involving instrumentation and NPI test data collection, which could include Light Probes, Intelligent Sensors, Clearanceometers, Slip Rings, and Dust Sensors.
Pay Range: $28-$35/HR. 1st Shift only! Contract position, Some travel involved!
Engineering Test Technician job responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly, preparation, and installation of applicable NPI jet engine test instrumentation
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and package applicable test equipment for deployment to support NPI jet engine test with oversight and direction from Lead Technicians and Engineering. A basic electronics skillset is needed when working on test equipment.
- Accomplish instrumentation implementation into the target test cell or site, as well as all preparations for collecting test data during engine test programs. Travel, including international travel, is required when supporting a remote test cell or site
- Provide test data collection and monitor application test equipment during NPI engine testing, as required
