What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Engineering for a 6 Months Contract job with a client . Ideally looking for a highly experienced Electrical Engineering with strong expertise in medical device development, circuit design, and system-level engineering. This role involves leading design efforts and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Rate Range: $46/Hr to 49/Hour on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Electrical Engineering Roles and Responsibilities:-
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB development, and ECAD tools (Altium, OrCAD, AutoCAD Electrical)
- Experience with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA regulations
- Knowledge of electrical verification & validation (V&V)
- Experience with project planning tools (MS Project)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience in supplier management and process improvement
