Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Support for a Contract position with a client located in Yorba Linda, CA.
Rate Range: $20-$22/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Title: Customer Service Support
Job Types: 6 Months Contract
Location: Yorba Linda, CA (onsite)
Position Summary:
- Handles daily call volume and order processing
- Ensures that customer information is current and accurate
- Error <1%
- Commits to meeting individual agent goals
- Contributes to overal KPI targets
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems
- Continues to learn new technology
- Experienced with Microsoft office, SAP, MS Dynamics (CRM system), and other data entry applications
- Strong communication skills
