Akkodis Electrical Engineer Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Stanton, Tennessee. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high voltage manufacturing and experience in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize current production processes
• Cochain plants in continuous improvement, standardization, and lean concepts
• Assist plants in addressing equipment downtime issues
• Develop preventative/predictive industrial maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime in high volume manufacturing
• Oversee PM programs for manufacturing equipment
• Assist in equipment spare part management
• Provide input on new equipment design and purchase
• Support new model/equipment launch as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial or Electrical/Automation engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of high voltage experience in manufacturing
• Experience with stamping/press equipment, robot interpress transfer (ABB/Fanuc/Gudel), Cognex machine vision experience, and PLC competency
• Experience with Lean implementation
• Experience to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
