Technology Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Technology Architect for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA(Hybrid). Responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Rate Range: $48/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technology Architect Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and support for ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions and maintain platform architecture.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Widgets, and IntegrationHub.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Govern platform upgrades, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and collaborate with stakeholders through workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, including ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in configuring ServiceNow workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and platform governance including upgrades and security compliance.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
