Akkodis is seeking a Sr Change Manager for a Contract with a client in Lehi, UT. Responsible for driving organizational change initiatives and developing communication strategies that enable smooth adoption across teams.
Rate Range: $75/hour to $78/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Change Manager Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $75.00 to $78.00 per hour

Sr Change Manager Job Responsibilities Include
- Develop and execute organizational change strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across the enterprise.
- Create and deliver engaging communication plans using multiple formats such as email, presentations, SharePoint, newsletters, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to build trust, influence decisions, and drive alignment toward common goals.
- Design and implement training programs and rollout strategies that enable smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
- Monitor change effectiveness using metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and change readiness assessments, ensuring stakeholder engagement and organizational preparedness.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Change Management, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational change management; certification in change management is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple formats (email, PPT, SharePoint, newsletters, video, infographics) and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong emotional intelligence and proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, with technical capability to leverage metrics and analytics for change impact measurement.
