Network Construction Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Network Construction Manager for a Contract with a client in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of client small cell and DAS projects, including vendor management and on-site coordination.

Rate Range: $48/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Network Construction Manager Job Responsibilities Include

• Manage all aspects of construction for client projects, including vendor selection and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee DAS and small cell deployments, including fiber installation, hub and node construction, and utility make-ready activities.
• Attend deployment meetings and conduct site visits for bid walks, progress checks, and closeout inspections.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets, negotiating costs and holding vendors accountable for quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update tracking systems for reporting and compliance.
• Act as safety and quality assurance representative on-site, ensuring adherence to client standards and safety programs.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or telecommunications preferred.
• 3–5 years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience.
• Strong vendor management skills and proficiency in MS Office/Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with small cell construction in the Right of Way, including node and construction drawing interpretation.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
