Functional Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Piedmont, OK/Greenwich, NY. You will drive the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including design, configuration, and testing to ensure seamless delivery.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Functional Consultant Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system functionality.
• Conduct system analysis and provide functional expertise to optimize WFM processes and workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation to maintain system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Workforce Management solutions, with strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM, including design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into system functionality.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $68.00 per hour
