Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract with a client in Edison, NJ(Remote). Responsibilities include managing end‑to‑end migration activities and overseeing Basis administration, with added advantage for experience in Solution Manager.
Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Consultant Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour

Requirements

Consultant Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end SAP HANA migration activities, ensuring smooth transition with minimal downtime.
- Perform SAP BASIS administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and environment stability.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates across SAP landscapes.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to plan, validate, and implement technical changes.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root-cause analysis to maintain system health.
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager (if applicable) for system monitoring, documentation, and change control.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA Migration support.
- Proven expertise in managing complex SAP landscape migrations and system performance optimization.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
