Rate Range: $61/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $61.00 to $63.00 per hour

Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities Include
- Drives the product roadmap for Sales and Support technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Oversees end‑to‑end implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities to enhance support automation and user productivity.
- Collaborates with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and guide execution.
- Analyzes complex data and customer insights to make informed product decisions and optimize solution performance.
- Coordinates cross‑functional initiatives to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensures seamless integration of AI platforms into enterprise‑scale CRM and support systems to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of product management experience with a strong background in Sales and Support technologies.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Proven success working with leading AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or AWS SageMaker to deliver scalable, intelligent product features.
