We are excited to be supporting a leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier as they expand their North American operations. To drive this growth, they are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team.

The role:
- Participate in new product launch and establish new part process and parameters
- Lead new process and material development initiatives.
- Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
- Provide daily manufacturing support and develop new manufacturing processes.
- Work with equipment manufacturers to develop cost effective and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Lead process design and modification efforts to improve plant productivity, reduce cycle time, reduce scrap and rework costs, and lower overall costs.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience is a similar role (Process Engineering)
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies
- Manufacturing background required
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- Automotive/plastic injection experience (Preferred)
