The Position: Fulfillment Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedules
- Tuesday- Friday, 6:00AM to 4:30PM, starting $17.00/hour
- Tuesday- Friday, 7:30AM to 6:00PM, starting $17.00/hour
- Saturday- Monday, 6:00AM to 6:30PM, starting $18.50/hour
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of online customer orders.
- Responsibilities may include picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise as well as the use of hand-operated equipment.
- Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork in order to foster a positive working environment.
- Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations
- Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage.
- Move product, supplies and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift
- Must work effectively as a team member
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
- English language skills (written and verbal)
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
