This is a full-time, on-site position for a GM Certified Master/World Class Technician located in Commerce, GA. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of GM vehicles. Technicians will use advanced diagnostic tools, troubleshoot complex automotive issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work. Other daily responsibilities include logging repair data, collaborating with service advisors, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Certification as a GM Master or World Class Technician
- Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing GM vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic components of vehicles
- Experience using diagnostic tools, specialized GM software, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in a dealership setting or similar environment is preferred
