LDRM, the federal contractor providing administrative services to the National Visa Center (NVC) in Portsmouth, NH, is looking for a Unit Manager to develop supervisors, Workload Coordinators and other managers. You will hire and manage capable, technical experts to further efficiency and innovation. You’ll find opportunities for improvement, and you’ll drive the solutions. This is a Hybrid Remote position This position is a telecommuting position, however, you will be required to attend training in on-site for approximately 3 - 6 weeks. You will be required to attend additional and various other meetings in the office as required by your position duties and the contract. Your daily work will be performed by telework. Please Note: You must be within 90 mile commuting distance of the work site as needed. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19. - Bachelors Degree and two (2) years of management experience, OR - Six (6) years of management experience - Four (4) years of analytical or information processing experience that trained you to successfully manage a team of analysts - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially with Excel - Experience using Avaya Automatic Call Distribution software - Experience with NICE Contact Center Interaction recording software You’ll need to be an expert communicator, unusually well-organized, a comfortable public speaker for the informal briefings you give, and you’ll occasionally be asked to travel. You also need to live within a 30- to 40-minute radius of Portsmouth, NH, and pass a credit and criminal history background check. Then you’ll need to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
