What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer support through email, chat, and app feedback channels
- Troubleshoot issues across mobile and web platforms and provide clear, helpful responses
- Document common support themes and escalate technical problems to the dev team
- Help maintain a knowledge base and shape support best practices
- Work closely with product and QA to communicate user pain points and feature requests
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a support analyst role
- Excellent written communication and empathy for users
- Ability to work independently and follow through on open support tickets
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Intercom, or Zendesk is a plus
- Bonus: Interest in AI, productivity, or mobile-first tools
