Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce CRM (profiles, roles, permission sets, security).
- Support SOX compliance: IT access controls, change management, SDLC.
- Perform control testing, documentation, and evidence collection.
- Partner with auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of SOX activities.
- Review user access, segregation of duties, and remediation tracking.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Salesforce administration with SOX/IT audit exposure.
- Strong knowledge of access management, IT and compliance processes.
- Experience working with auditors and compliance teams.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or CISA preferred.
