Duties

• Process cash and credit transactions, ensuring correct cash handling practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Provide support during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food handling or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain sanitation standards.
• A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary knowledge is a plus but not required.
