Akerman LLP seeks a Corporate Associate with 3 to 5 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm. Miami office location is preferred; however, this position can be located in the firm’s New York, Washington, DC or Florida offices. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
