- ensure Akelius policies and procedures for first class service are being followed
- meet and greet residents and guests
- hold the door for tenants and help with groceries and other parcels
- interact with all tenants and guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- answer the lobby phone and respond to calls accordingly
- receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments and or mail and packages
- report any problems to Akelius administration
- always make sure that the lobby, the main entrance, and your workstations is neat and tidy
- do not provide any information regarding Akelius to tenants that has not been communicated to you directly by the Akelius administration
- wear Akelius uniform as specified by Akelius administration
- perform other duties as assigned
- one plus years’ experience in a similar role as a doorman, greeter, security guard
- available to work a flexible schedule
- hourly rate USD 20 to USD 25 per hour
