superintendent (live-in)Are you looking for a career opportunity within a global, growing real estate company?Then you might be our next superintendent (live-in).job descriptionAkelius is seeking a customer service focused superintendent with strong interpersonal skills to join the facility management team.The superintendent (live-in) will be required to live on-site and be available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.This individual will also be required to work on-call and respond to building emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
