We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks on construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the job site is safe and organized.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, obstacles, and hazards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various construction equipment and machinery.
- Scaffolding: Assist in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding and other temporary structures.
- Earthwork: Dig trenches, level ground, and compact earth as needed.
- General Assistance: Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers with their tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Site Clean-Up: Perform site clean-up tasks at the end of each workday.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
