About
Seeking a Workday Extend Developer to join our HR Technology Team. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance custom functionality within the Workday platform, with a particular focus on Workday Extend, Workday Integrations, and Compensation. You ll collaborate closely with HR partners, product owners, and engineers in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that enhance the associate experience and streamline HR processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend development, including Compensation module configuration.
- Strong understanding of Workday integrations such as EIBs, Core Connectors, calculated fields, and related integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes and security.
- Proven software development experience (object-oriented programming, APIs, or related technologies).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or similar tools.
- Background working in a large enterprise or financial services environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
