Position Overview

- Lead enterprise-wide End-of-Life (EOL) software initiatives, identifying and retiring legacy, unsupported, and redundant applications to reduce risk and cost
- Perform software discovery, usage analysis, and lifecycle assessment using tools like PowerShell, SQL, and MECM
- Drive end-to-end software packaging and deployment (MECM), including testing, UAT coordination, production rollout, and decommissioning
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Software Packaging Engineering or Application Lifecycle Management
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in enterprise environments, preferably within financial services
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and WQL
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Experience with software packaging, MSI editing, and deployment technologies
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac, and/or VDI environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple teams
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Splunk and/or UberAgent
- Familiarity with InstallShield and Liquidware FlexApp
- Experience with enterprise software inventory and reporting tools
- Understanding of software lifecycle governance and compliance best practices
