Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at AK Motors in San Diego, CA. This role supports day-to-day dealership operations by managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, maintaining records, and preparing basic documents and reports. The Administrative Assistant will schedule appointments, assist with inventory and sales documentation, and coordinate with sales and service team members to ensure smooth customer experiences. The role also involves maintaining an organized front office area, supporting executive administrative needs as required, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
