Position Overview
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of providing excellent service to our customers while upholding company safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation).
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC equipment.
Install new systems, components, and related mechanical parts.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Collaborate with electricians and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (2 years preferred).
Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and controls.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Schedule & Compensation
